Anagha Subramaniam holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounts. She is a registered Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
She has actively handled a wide array of matters, including company incorporation, its compliances, employment related issues and property related matters. She is currently pursuing a Company Secretary course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Anagha's past experience lies in handling matters relating to arbitrations of BSE and NSE, litigation in forums for capital market disputes, like Securities Appellate Tribunal, SEBI Special Criminal Court and Bombay High Court.
