Germaine Pereira is an associate in the corporate and finance team of Solomon & Co. She has substantial transactional experience in domestic and international corporate and finance transactions. Her experience covers the establishment and operation of investment funds, real estate transactions, corporate acquisitions, structured finance and securitisations.
She holds a Masters Degree in Science, from the University of Mumbai with a specialization in Biotechnology. She is a lawyer registered with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Prior to joining Solomon & Co. in 2007, Germaine worked as an intellectual property consultant at the Industrial Research and Consultancy Centre, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IITB).
