Krishnan Iyer is a qualified Company Secretary and Advocate with over 20 years of experience in the corporate field. Krishnan has extensive experience in corporate affairs, foreign investments, restructuring, joint ventures, acquisitions and regulatory matters. Krishnan graduated from Podar College, Mumbai with a Commerce degree in 1988, and thereafter obtained his Company Secretary degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 1995 and simultaneously studied law at Government Law College and New Law College, Mumbai.
