Nikhil Lohana holds a bachelors degree in Commerce in Accounting & Finance, Bachelors degree in Law and is currently pursuing the Company Secretary course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

He is an associate in the Corporate team of Solomon & Co. His area of work mainly focuses on corporate and regulatory compliance. Nikhil has experience in formation of Companies and their ongoing compliances with Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India and other Indian regulatory bodies. He has also been actively involved in transactions related to Mergers and Acquisitions and legal due diligence. Prior to joining Solomon & Co., Nikhil was a management trainee with a practising Company Secretary and has also worked with one of the leading law firms.
